Small house. probably mid to later C17, currently being restored (Dec 1987). Partly
rendered rubble and cob walls. Gable ended thatch roof, 2 rendered stacks - one at
left gable end and one axial which is probably stone rubble.
Plan: Apparently 2 room plan with entry either into cross passage or left-hand room.
This room is heated by a gable end fireplace, the right-hand room by an axial
fireplace. C19 lean-to added at each end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2 window front of C20 2 and 3-light casements.
Gabled C20 porch to left of centre with C19 plank door behind. Lean-to against each
end wall.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey but may contain features such as original
open fireplaces, ceiling beams and possibly roof timbers.
