Stable block. Late C18. Red brick in Flemish bond, roofed with handmade red
clay tiles. Rectangular plan facing NE, with rear wing at right end, and late
C19 extensions to left and centre rear. Main block of 2 storeys, extensions of
one storey. 5-window range of casements of 6 lights with 2-centred Gothick
heads of gauged brick and Y-tracery. Central plain boarded door with similar
overlight. Hipped roof with moulded dentilled eaves, and round wooden cupola
with ogival lead roof. The interior of the main range retains an entrance
passage and one loose box with hayloft over, but the left half is converted to a
fives court.
