Detached house. Circa early-mid C19. Stuccoed villa, low pitched slate hipped
roof with paired brackets to eaves soffit. Two storeys. Three bays. First floor
sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor French windows with margin panes and
central partly glazed door with fluted panels, panelled reveals and plain rectan-
gular fanlight. Verandah with later C19 cast iron posts with ornate openwork
spandrels and corrugated plastic roof. Situated in prominent position high up
above road.
