House in row, with shop. Late C18, front modified mid C19.
Rendered, hipped tile roof behind parapet.
3 storeys and attic, 1 window; a hipped dormer with 2-light
casement above a 2-storey canted oriel with 8:12:8-pane sashes
and upper cornice carried across the full frontage. C20 shop
front has a 6-panel door, right, to a throughway, and the C19
flat hood remains across the full width. A mid plat band, and
shallow blocking course to coped parapet; no stacks visible
from street. The rear is gabled, with a lower rendered range
which includes a lofty 2-light half-dormer with transom, and
some Art Nouveau glass.
