Pair of houses in row, with shops. Early C19. Rendered, slate
mansard roof. 3 storeys; four 4-pane sash flat-roofed dormers
above two 2-storey bow oriels with 6:9:6-pane sash at second
floor, and 4:6:4 at first floor (the lower sashes without
bars), with dentil cornices. The C19 pilaster shop fronts,
with consoles, have late C20 glazing. A moulded cornice,
blocking-course and coped parapet, with a deep ridge stack to
the left. The plain right gable has a coped upstand, and is
exposed by the setting back of the adjacent building.
