3 houses in short terrace. c1830-1840. Rendered front, painted
brick right gable, slate roofs. Each house has a deep service
wing to the rear.
3 storeys and basement, two 6-pane sashes in reveals and to
stone sills above an 8:12:8-pane oriel with dentil cornice,
and at ground floor a 12-pane, with, to the right, a 6-panel
door with plain fanlight (No.2 has C20 door), on 2 or 3 stone
steps. A moulded cornice with blocking course but no coping,
and 3 ridge stacks. The left return has a paired plain sash at
first floor, and the right return has two C20 lights and a
blocked door, with a lower service wing with glazing-bar
sashes.
INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Nos 1 & 3 have spearhead area railings
with a gate, and returned ends.
