House in row, with shop. Early C19. Painted Flemish bond
brickwork, slate mansard double roof.
2 storeys and attic, 2 windows; 6-pane sash raking dormers
above a 12-pane sash in flush box, and a broad bow oriel with
8:12:8-pane sash and dentil cornice. A full-width C20 shop
front has been inserted in the late C19 pilaster front with
bold consoles and moulded cornice to a canted fascia. A
moulded cornice, dipping over the oriel at a structural
weakness, rendered blocking-course and coped parapet; the
stack is to the right. The rear includes a 9-pane raking
dormer. Built as one of a pair with No.88 (qv).
