Detached cottage, formerly part of service wing to No.7 (qv).
Early C19. Coursed stone with dressed quoins, slate roof. 2
storeys, 2 windows; 9 above 16-pane sashes to good flush stone
lintels and stone sills. Stone ridge stack, hipped return to
the right and a lean-to with roof swept down from eaves level.
On this N front are glazing-bar sashes in brick dressings, and
a door at ground level. INTERIOR not inspected.
