House in row. Early C19. Painted brickwork, slate roof. A very
narrow frontage property, with parallel ranges to double
mansard roof and central valley; the rear mansard has a leaded
flat top. 3 storeys and attic, 1 window; a 4-pane sash dormer
above 16-pane with flush face box and a full-width triple
8:12:8-pane sash oriel with dentil cornice over a 12-pane sash
and, to the right, a 6-panel, part-glazed door in moulded
architrave below a plain transom light to a dentil cornice.
The plain coped parapet is stepped down to the centre opposite
the dormer window. Stacks to each gable of the front roof. The
back has a flush roof-light, and a 4-pane above 12-pane sash
in rendered walling.
