Dated 1816. 3 storeys in ashlar. Welsh slate roof. Basement. 5 double-hung
sash windows, some-glazing bars. Doorways approached by steps. Nos 2
and 5 retain the original curved pedimented doorhoods with carved modillions.
No 5 has blocked radiating panels. Door of no 2 has 6 fielded panels. No 3
has modern door. No 4 has door of 6 fielded panels. Passage through to
left of centre with plaque over inscribed: "Prospect Place Erected by Gideon
Smales ADMDCCCXVI". NMR.

Nos 1 to 10 (consec) form a group.
