Shop with accommodation over. Late C18. Coursed dressed stone with pantile roof. Single raised and coped gable with kneelers. Single brick chimney stack. Three storeys. Ground floor has C20 shopfront with central door. A large sash to right and a narrower sash to left on both upper floors.

In 2005 Listed Building Consent was granted to divide off the rear wing of the building to form the separate address 1 Lockeys Yard which remains part of the listing.
