House. Early C18 with late C18 remodelling and C19 outshut. Hammer dressed
limestone, pantile roof, brick outshut. Central hallway entry with outshut
to left and small cross wing under catslide roof to rear. 2 storeys, 3
first floor windows. Massive quoins to front. Half-glazed door flanked by
3-light Yorkshire sashes with shutters. Board door and fixed window to
outshut. First floor: 3-light Yorkshire sashes. Channelled wedge lintels
throughout. Gable coping. Shaped kneelers, rebuilt end stacks. Interior:
massive bressumer to kitchen fireplace. 6-fielded-panel doors to main rooms
and H-L hinges to surviving earlier board doors. Splat balusters to
landing.
