House. c1840. Hammered sandstone to front, sandstone rubble to sides and
rear; bordered herringbone-tooled quoins; slate roof; brick stacks. Central
stairhall plan, two rooms deep. 2-storey, 3-bay front, the centre bay
recessed beneath a segmental arch at eaves level. Central 4-panel door
beneath plain fanlight and rounded arch. Radial-glazed sash window beneath
rounded arch to first floor above a blind balustrade. 16-pane sashes with
bracketed sills and heavy plain lintels throughout. End stacks pierce
hipped roof.
