stables at Manor House Farm

GV II

Coach house and stables. Late C18 altered. Coursed squared
vertically-tooled stone; pantile roof with stone ridges. One storey
with central 2-storey tower. West side: tower has round-arched
doorway with board door, similarly-arched window in architrave with
decorated keystone to 1st floor, and coat of arms above. Left wing
has two board doors on left and small window; right wing a small
window, and board door on right. Eaves band. Hipped roof to tower.
East side: tower has simi.ar doorway, blocked and with later door;
a board door to 1st floor; and a stone above carved with a head.
Wings have altered and inserted openings.
