Farmhouse. c1860. Ashlar magnesian limestone, Welsh slate roof. Two storeys with cellar and attic, three windows to first floor; two-storey wing to rear centre. Chamfered plinth. Central part-glazed door within open-sided porch having wooden-columned sides and pitched roof. C20 casements in original chamfered surrounds; attic windows set in tall full dormers over outer bays. Shaped kneelers with finials, moulded gable copings; dormer gables also have apex ball finials (that on right missing). End stacks, corbelled from the gables, have shared plinths to twin flues linked by string courses and cornices.

Unusual period farmhouse forming part of planned-farm group.
