House and attached outbuilding. Early-mid C18, altered. Red brick and
rubble limestone partly roughcast, pantile roof. L-shaped plan, the
outbuilding with later outshut. 2 storeys, 1 : 3 windows to 1st floors on
inside angle. House on tofu panelled door to left of a 2-light
horizontally-sliding sash with glazing bars with boarded door beyond; offset
beneath central lst-floor window as ground floor. Outbuilding on right:
boarded door to left of a 2-light horizontally-sliding bash with glazing
bars, 3 similar windows to 1st floor. Each range has cogged eaves courses,
shaped kneelers and ashlar gable copings; brick ridge stack to house. Rear
of house: rubblestone panels incorporated in lower part of wall. Interior
not inspected. Rebuilding of an earlier structure probably indicated by
rubble walling to rear and offset in front wall of house.
