Milepost. Late C19. Sandstone pillar with cast-iron plaque. Round-headed pillar
has rectangular plaque with raised lettering which reads: "SHEFFIELD/1O/WORKSOP/-
----", lower part of plaque buried beneath pavement. Other mileposts surviving
on this route are now without their plaques.
