A stuccoed brick building of circa 1803 with corner pilasters. Two storeys. Three window range on the front and three window range on the sides, double-hung sashes, mostly with glazing bars, in plain reveals, with raised surrounds, painted. There are two boarded doors with raised surrounds and a central window with a semi-circular head.

Nos 84 to 94 (even), Little Waltham United Reformed Church and Nos 77 to 83 (odd) form a group.
