GV II

Gazebo, later small house. Late C17. Random rubble limestone,
roughcast faced; stone slate roof. Two-storey. East side:
parapet gabled cross wing to left with upper floor 2-light recessed
cavetto mullioned casement withhoodmould, oval window in gable -
this arrangement repeated on west side. Formerly open loggia to
right with single central Tuscan column, roughcast render to
timber framing above, timber ovolo moulded upper floor 3-light
casements. Upper floor entered through external doorway in north
gable end, this part built into terraced garden. Full central
parapet gable to south end, upper floor 3-light casement with oval
above.
Interior: altered in conversion to small house, loggia being
glazed in. Timber spiral stair. Said to have been meeting place
of Court Leet.
