Formerly shown as three cottages adjoining above on east side. C19 probably. Two storey stone rubble fronts. Slate gabled roof. To each house, two windows above, and one window to left hand and doorway to right hand below. Two-light wood casements with small panes, the glazing bars nearly all missing to ground floor windows of Nos 73 and 75; segmental headed sash to No 77. Plain modern wood doors.

No 31 Newland and east range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
