Detached cottage. C17. Square-panelled timber framing with painted brick infill. Thatched roof with brick stack. Rectangular plan. 1½ storeys, single eyebrow dormer facing Bouncer's lane, similar dormer with leaded casement on opposite side. Small C20 casements mostly respecting framing to ground floor, some with leaded panes, some with horizontal glazing bars. Access through weatherboarded lean-to on side away from road. Axial stack. Roof hipped at one end. Interior not inspected.
