Top Farmhouse
GV II
Barn. Early C19. Coursed rubble stone, stone slate roof. North
side has central projecting gabled cart entry with plastered gable,
large timber lintel and dressed stone quoins. Cambered arch on
level of main wall partially in brick with stone keystone.
Matching arch on south side now filled in and no evidence of gabled
entry beyond. Roof timbers restored, 6 bays, collar and tie beams.
Square pitch hole to west end, small light in south west corner,
and square opening to east on north side.
