26/22 North Lodge

GV II

Lodge. Early C19 by Sir Charles Monck. Ashlar with Scottish slate roof and
brick stacks. L-plan with lean-to extension on left return. Single storey,
3 bays with projecting left bay. Boarded door with overlight in re-entrant
angle.

Left bay has tripartite window with small leaded panes, set in aedicule of
pair of Doric pilasters, triglyph frieze and pediment.

Other windows 4-pane sashes. Gabled roof with bargeboards and corniced ridge
stacks.
