12/106 Holbrow and Unidentified Monument,
immediately east of north east
corner of north transept in church-
yard of Church of St. John the
Baptist

Two chest tombs. William Holbrow 1688 and unidentified probably
also late C17. Limestone. Flat tops, moulded plinth and
capping, lyre ends. Holbrow to west has flattened scroll design
panels to each side of moulded rectangular side panels.
Unidentified has cartouche ends and acanthus returns, plain fielded
panels flanking side inscription panels. Both partially
overgrown, Holbrow almost completely, at time of survey (March
1986).
