Detached cottage - former farm cottage to Cutler's Farm. C18, - enlarged in
C20. Plastered walls, hipped thatched roof, brick stack near left end. One
storey and attic. 2 ledged doors under thatched porches, and glazed door.
Ground floor has three C20 metal casements and one casement with centre
horizontal bar. Attic has 3 dormers with casements with centre horizontal bar
flanked by fixed glass panels; - that at right end at higher level.
