Detached house - formerly 2 houses. West section late C17, east
section probably late C18. Brick walls, part plastered, thatched
roof, brick end and centre stacks. 2 storeys. Single-storey
lean-to at east end. Ground floor has 3 casement windows with
glazing bars, one replacing original door. First floor has 3
similar windows. West section at lower level, has glazed porch
with ledged door. Ground floor has 2 casement windows with glazing
bars, first floor 2 casement windows with horizontal bars. Lower
extension to west has one casement window. Internally, west section
has one deep-chamfered ceiling beam. Large open fireplace - altered,
has cambered timber lintel and remains of bread oven. East section
altered internally but retains some chamfered ceiling beams.
