ST 90 NE

4/104 Dean Farm House

GV II

Farmhouse. Late C17 origin (RCHM), enlarged in C18. Walls a mixture of brick
and flint, with plinth, and ashlar quoins at right end. Tiled roof, half
hipped at right end. Brick stack just left of centre, with oversailing cap
and raised pilasters. L-shaped plan. 2 storeys. Part glazed panelled door.
Ground floor has 3 casements with glazing bars under segmental arches. 3
similar casements on first floor. Rear wing at left end, in matching
construction. Single storey rear lean-to, with corrugated sheet roof.
