Hall house, now house. Mid C16, altered early C17 and late C20. Part
timber framed with brick infill, part painted render. Part brick. Old
tile gabled roof. L-plan of 3 framed bays, including 2 bay former hall
on north, and late C20 single storey extension on west. 2 storeys and
one storey. Large rendered chimney with clay pots on west wall.
East front:-2 bays 2-light Cl9 casements in centre and to right of
centre. Planked entrance door with small hood on left. Interior:-
most timbers exposed. Shutter grooves to C17 window. openings on first
floor, north wall in former hall. Queen post roof with clasped purlins
and sooted rafters.
