SU 5332 ITCHEN VALLEY AVINGTON

14/35 Ivy Cottage

GV II

Cottage. Late C18. Brick with blue header chequerwork and other features,
C20 pantile roof. 2 storey, 2 bay, outshot to rear. Central C19 planked
door with solid frame and segmental head. Each side 2-light steel casements
in segmental blue brick head opening. 1st floor blue header band. Blue
header panel in centre with each side, a C20 2-light steel casement in original
opening. External stack at right end in front of ridge, and stack at left
end behind ridge.
