Detached Italianate villa of Eldon Square type. Mid C19. 2 storeys and basement
with 2 1/2 storey gabled break to right. Stucco. 2 bays. Glazing bar sashes
except ground floor right. Tripartite windows in right hand bay: arched on
2nd floor with moulded heads ; panelled mullions on 1st floor with bracketed
pediment and cill; panelled pilasters on ground floor windows with scroll brackets to pediment and stone bracketed cast iron balcony with delicate oval, lozenge and wreath pattern. The left hand bay has bracketed pediments to windows with ante-fixae (ground floor window has a balcony ). Set back entrance porch with cornice and parapet to left. Garden entrance in segment-headed reveal to right. Slate roof with. deep eaves and side chimneys. Dwarf wall to street with moulded capping and cross fabled 5 ft gate piers.
