Dovecote in the grounds of The Tithe Barn, about 9 metres south of the house

Dovecote, now disused. Medieval. Chalk and flint, with later brickwork. Old tile conical roof with open dormer above eaves and open turret at top. Four buttresses, each of two offsets and with a brick base. Small plank entrance door on east with stone lintel and pointed relieving arch, and approached by six stone rubble steps.

Interior: a revolving ladder from a central newel post, gives access to nesting boxes which are nearly continuous within the walls, The dovecote originally belonged to Hurley Priory.

Scheduled Ancient Monument.
