5/13 Alice Lisle Inn

GV II

Public house. Mid C18, altered C19. Brick, blue brick decorations, C19 bands of
plain tile and fishscale tile roof. 2 storey, 5 bay, with C19 1½ storey, 2 bay
addition at one end and C20 lean-to to other. Main part has slightly projecting
rubbed brick porch with moulded cornice and pediment. 6-panel door. Each side
2-light casements. 1st floor raised band. On 1st floor similar windows, those
each side have blue brick aprons. All windows have rubbed brick arches. Kneelered
gable walls with end stacks, and central stack behind ridge. To RH end C19
addition of 2-light casements under rubbed arch and gable wall.
