ALMELEY CP LOGASTON COMMON

1/27 Little Logaston
GV II
Cottage. Probably late C17 to early C18. Sandstone rubble plinth and
timber-frame with brick and plaster infill. Welsh slate roof and sandstone
end stack with brick shaft. Rectangular 2-bay plan aligned roughly north/
south. One storey and attic. East elevation has one mid-C20 dormer to
right-hand side. Ground floor has two early C20 casements each of two lights,
one to either side of ledged early C20 doors. Frame has three square panels
from cill to wall-plate. Interior noted as having heavy ceiling beams.
