Former miller's cottage. C19 (post 1805). Colour washed brick. Old clay tile roof. Three-room plan, one storey and attics. Ground floor has three two-light horizontal sashes with glazing bars. One hipped dormer with horizontal sash. Plank door. One red brick ridge stack, one red brick external stack to east gable end.
