Circa 1870. L-shaped cottage with canted angle. Two storeys. Tudor Gothic.
Squared coursed limestone rubble with red sandstone dressings. Slate roofed, half-
hipped to one gable. One chimney. Three half dormers. Windows straight headed,
with hoodmoulds and lattice casements. Tudor doorway in angle and plank door
with ornamental hinges.
