Outbuilding, C17. Coursed limestone rubble with gritstone dressings and quoins.
Plain tile roof. Vestiges of stack to western gable. Two storeys, three bays. To
east, chamfered quoined doorcase with massive lintel. Plank door. 3-light
chamfered mullion window to west. Beyond, to west, similar doorcase and similar
window. Above, two 2-light chamfered mullion windows, rather irregularly placed,
one almost over western door, other between window and eastern door.
