Cottage. Mid-late C18, re-fenestrated and re-roofed in C19. Narrow hand-made
brick in random bond; Welsh slate roof and rebuilt brick chimney stacks.
2 storeys, 3 bays. Central doorway behind late C20 gabled brick porch. Small
C20 casement above porch. Window openings in outer bays with flush painted
stone lintels and projecting sills: 12-pane sash at right; large horizontal
sliding sash at left; two 16-pane sashes above. Steeply-pitched roof has
overhanging eaves. Transverse end stacks. Late C20 2-storey garage/flat on
right return is not of special interest. Included for group value.
