Warehouse, possibly a former brewery (compare brewery at SW776357, Treluswell).
Circa early C19. Killas rubble with granite dressings. Corrugated asbestos roof
with gable ends.
Plan: Overall L-shaped plan. Large rectangular plan warehouse plus large outshut
behind the left-hand side and small single-storey extension at the right-hand end.
Exterior: 3 storeys. Fairly regular 7-window first floor, front. Doorway under
third window from left; large loading doorway to second floor slightly right of
ground floor doorway. Small window openings with old 4-pane fixed (or possibly
pivoting) lights.
Interior not inspected.
