Early to mid C19 exterior but incorporating earlier structure. Tudor style,
of red brick with stucco dressings and red tiled roof. 2 gables to west
side elevation, 1 to south front. 2 storeys, 3 casements with glazing
bars, pointed arched lights, ground floor squared heads with dripmoulds.
Nail studded door under pointed arched fanlight with tracery. 1st floor
central squared head to window, flanking windows in pointed etches with
dripmoulds. Stucco embattled pinnacles to angles and to apex of each gable.
Mouldings in stucco along eaves and gable copings. Lower 1 window north
wing. Former Doner House to Marsh Green Manor and at one time the parish
workhouse.

Marsh Green House, Rosedale and Box Tree House form a group.
