GV II


House and front forecourt walls. Circa early C19. Granite and elvan rubble front
with granite dressings and rusticated quoins, otherwise painted rubble. Asbestos
slate roof with projecting eaves (panelled under) and verges.
Plan: double-depth plan with 2 equal rooms at the front with cross passage between
leading to central rear stair hall and 2 service rooms at the rear.
Exterior : 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window north front with blind central window.
Central doorway with panelled door and overlight. Circa late C19 or C20 6-pane
horned sashes.
Interior not inspected.
Forecourt has granite ashlar plinth parallel to the front, formerly surmounted by
iron railings. Included for group value.
