Late C16 or early C17 in origin, with front block, remodelled circa 1778,
altered to fond symmetrical south elevation of 3 bays. Subsequently extended
on east by 1 bay of similar design. Flint rubble with pilasters at angles
and between bays; hipped Welsh slate roof with wide eaves cornice. 2 storeys
and attics, 4 sash windows in reveals. Glazed 2 fold left central door
with traceried elliptical fanlight in deeply recessed segmentally arched
opening and surround of slim panelled Doric pilasters. Date on panel on
west side elevation 1778. Earlier C18 wing at back, roughcast with old
tiled roof.
