Cottage. Possibly late C19. Stone rubble, painted on ground floor and asbestos
slate-hung on first floor. Asbestos slate roof with gabled end. Probably a 1-room
plan, almost square with splayed corner. Originally it was either a later wing to
Demelza (qv) or a separate 1-room plan cottage attached to the earlier house.
2 storeys asymmetrical single-window front the right-hand blank and splayed back.
Ground floor with C20 part glazed door on left and 4-pane sash to right. First floor
with C20 2-light casement with glazing bars. Side elevation facing small stream
which runs parallel to Lansallos Street.
Interior not inspected.
