- front garden walls and gate piers

GV II
Farmhouse and front garden walls. Circa early C19. Killas and granite rubble with
granite dressings. Grouted scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable
ends. External rubble chimney breasts. Cast-iron ogee gutters.
Plan: Double depth plan: wide kitchen/living room left, parlour right flanking an
entrance hall leading to a stair hall between rear service rooms.
Exterior: 2-Storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window east front with doorway and window
over, right of middle. Original door and windows. 4-panel door with overlight. 16-
pane hornless sashes.
Interior: Not inspected.
Rectangular garden at front enclosed by rubble walls. Gateway has granite monolithic
piers.
