Small house. C17. Cob with Delabole slate roof and brick gable chimneys. 3 room
plan. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Irregularly spaced openings with timber lintels.
North wall has 2-light 12-paned casements. Some openings show signs of alteration.
South wall has irregular window openings and door within C20 gable ended single
storey wing. External chimney breast at lower west end has small fire window.
Interior has enormous open hearth at lower end with recess at south side. 3-panel
door between upper rooms is C17 and has moulding in framing, around panels with run
out stops. Chamfered oak ceiling joists- and feet of principal rafters.
