Water pump. Circa 18300 Stone with iron handle and spout. Octagonal plan.
Low cyma-moulded base. 2.0-metre high shaft, with roll-moulded edges and
sunken panels, surmounted by ribbed ogival cap with broken finial. S-curved
handle. Spout in form of a scaly dragon with open mouth.
