House. Circa early-mid C19. Roughly-coursed killas with dressed granite sills and
lintels. Hipped asbestos slate roof with wide eaves and cast-iron ogee gutters.
Double depth rectangular plan: 2 rooms at the front with cross passage leading
probably to stair between shallow rear service rooms; the left hand front room is
wider, probably the kitchen living room. Small C20 lean-to at left set back from the
front.
2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2 window south front with doorway central to the
fenestration but all grouped slightly towards the right. C20 glazed door and
original circa early-mid C19 16-pane hornless sashes, all in the original openings.
