House, probably late C18 but earlier fabric may be concealed. Colourwashed stone
and cob now with concrete tiled roof and brick stacks at each gable end. Single
cells of unequal size each side of through-passage into rear outshut at lower level
containing kitchen and stairs. Quoin pilasters with Victorian post-box in the
right-hand pilaster and plain moulded cornice. 2 storeys. 3 window range of wood
sashes, 6 panes per sash, over single wood sash to left, 8 panes per sash, and 2
wood sashes of small pattern to right of off centre doorway with panelled door in
deep reveal. Ground floor windows have heavy projecting stone sills and all sashes
are original and set back but have exposed sash boxes. Included for group value
with other listed buildings in street.
