House, now office. Early C19; altered. Coursed squared granite with quoins,
sides and rear of uncoursed rubble; slurried slate roof. Double-depth 3-
unit plan. Two storeys and 3 bays, symmetrical; 1st floor band; central
doorway with recessed wooden architrave of fluted ΒΌ-columns and overlight
with panelled surround; 16-pane hornless sashed windows on both floors;
projecting eaves, hipped roof with side-wall chimneys. Inserted windows in
left return wall; round-headed stairwindow in rear wall. (modern single-
storey addition to rear not included in the item.) Interior altered.
