Farmhouse, now house. Early C18, remodelled in C19. Uncoursed killas rubble
with roughcast facade (formerly slate-hung), slurried slate roof with brick
chimneys. Three-unit plan with outsht to rear of left half, modern flat-
roofed addition next to this. Two storeys and 3 bays, symmetrical; central
doorway protected by modern gabled porch; ground floor has low 4-pane
sashed windows with margin panes, 1st floor has 4-pane sashes, that in the
centre narrower, and all windows are flanked by modern pseudo-shutters.
Projected gable chimneys. Rear: outshut has rounded corner, and 4 windows
including a 4-pane sash at 1st floor. Interior: outshut contains early C18
doglegged staircase with closed string, square newels, turned balusters,
and moulded handrail.
