C16. About 30 ft long, 7 ft high with a plinth above; 3 ft high on the road side.
There is a band of red tiles below the plinth coping stones and a corbelled red
brick cornice, the bricks set in horizontal courses but diagonally to the face of
the wall and capped by a pyramidal rubble blocking course. Wall about 2 ft thick,
a good example of Tudor stone walling. (RCHM 66).
